Day by Day

I wait on the Lord, my soul waits and in his word I hope.  ~ Psalm 130:5

Day by Day

There is joy and there is pain

Yet love always remains

There are highs and there are lows

Still comfort he will bestow

Just when you feel lost

There is a hand to guide you through

There is an end to the long road

You do not traverse it alone

Day by day the journey continues

There is rest in the fortress of God

There is hope in the Lord

Though life has its ups and downs, there is always hope in the Lord.  Know that no matter what you are facing, no matter the mountains you must climb, no matter the pain you are feeling, no matter the darkness of life…it will end!  Every season has its end.  Though trials and tribulations will come, there is always hope in the Lord.  Don’t give up.  Don’t settle.  Don’t surrender.  Stand strong in the Lord and he shall direct your paths.  He will bring victory–even when you don’t believe it.  He will bring blessings–even when you don’t see them.  He will bring good–even when it seems hopeless.  May the peace, strength and courage of the Lord hold you through the storm and may the joy, hope and comfort of the Lord light your path.  All my ❤

  1. Thank you so much for your Beautiful Reflection.

    Here’s a thought: WHY do Suffering and Trials Happen? {After all God is reported to be a God of LOVE}

Isaiah 43: 7 & 21 ” [7] “And every one that calleth upon my name, I have created him for my glory, I have formed him, and made him. & [21] This people have I formed for myself, they shall shew forth my praise.”

The Primary purpose of humanities existence is to PROVE to God, time & time again that we Do love Him, Do acknowledge Him as our God & our Lord; Do praise Him, and with HIS Grace; Will accept our crosses and offer them up as EVIDENCE of this. Amen!

May our God Guide our Life-Paths,

    Patrick
